Our Croissants are made using an ancient secret: Mother Bauli yeast, which after a long natural leavening time, gives the product an unmistakable softness. But the biggest surprise is the irresistible yet natural tasting cherry jam filling inside for a real treat.

INGREDIENTS

wheat flour, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), sugar, yeast (gluten), cherry pulp (9% corresponding to 45% in filling), glucose- fructose syrup, eggs, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, powdered skim milk, salt, flavourings, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid. MAY CONTAIN NUTS AND SOY.
