Following a traditional Bauli recipe, filled with raisins and enriched with a sweet, crunchy glaze and whole almonds on top, without glazed orange peels.
Wheat flour, raisins (21%), eggs, sugar, butter, natural yeast (wheat), almonds (2,7%), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, sunflower oil, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, powdered egg white. Sugar sachet (2,5%): powdered sugar, wheat starch, flavourings. May contain other nuts and soy.
